Plum Crane Reverie brings a refined stillness to the room — Japanese silk illuminated in soft plum hues, echoing the elegance of cranes in motion.

It is a handcrafted lampshade made from authentic Japanese silk, chosen for its softness, fluid drape, and painterly floral detail. Designed to feel light, gentle, and quietly luxurious, this piece brings a warm, poetic glow to both classic and contemporary interiors.

Each panel is carefully cut and aligned by hand, allowing the silk’s delicate motifs to flow naturally around the shade. The subtle sheen of the fabric catches the light beautifully, while the muted colour palette creates an atmosphere that feels calm, refined, and timeless.

The lampshade is finished with a soft, 6"/15 cm fringe in a warm neutral tone, intentionally chosen to complement the silk rather than overpower it. The fringe moves gently with air and light, adding depth and elegance while maintaining a balanced, harmonious proportion inspired by the golden ratio.
