To ensure authenticity and craftsmanship, please purchase only through our official website or Etsy shop.

Complimentary UK Delivery

We offer complimentary tracked delivery within the United Kingdom.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

United States & Canada

We are pleased to ship regularly to the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size.

For US customers, we cover any applicable import duties and customs charges.
The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

For Canada, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery after dispatch: 5–14 business days

European Union

We ship throughout the European Union.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that local VAT and import duties may be charged by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We also ship to Norway and Switzerland.

Processing Time

Each lampshade is atelier-made to order.

Current processing time is 2–3 weeks prior to dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During busy periods, processing times may vary. Any updates will be clearly communicated.

Carriers

We primarily ship with Royal Mail.
For larger or oversized pieces, we may use ParcelForce or UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

All parcels are fully tracked.

Important Information

  • Lampshades are supplied as shade only (electrical fittings not included).

  • We recommend using LED bulbs only to preserve fabric and ensure safety.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
